  - Coordination of repairs between customers and workshops

Prerequisites

• - Commercial training preferably in the fields of automotive / insurance / vehicle claims management

  - Customer-oriented and friendly demeanor on the telephone

  - Above-average customer orientation

  - Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
