- Your main task is to support and advise our customers on all queries relating to their transport orders.
- Through active customer acquisition and telephone marketing, you will help our branch generate new business.
- You arrange customer appointments and prepare them professionally.
- The administration and maintenance of customer master data rounds off your varied area of responsibility.

Prerequisites
- You have logistical talent.
- You speak fluent English and, ideally, an Eastern European foreign language as well.
- Ideally, you have professional experience in the freight forwarding industry, but this is not a requirement.
- You enjoy communicating with potential customers by telephone.
- You appear confident and are characterized by sound knowledge of conversation and negotiation skills.
