Your tasks

• • Your main task is to support and advise our customers on all queries relating to their transport orders.
  • Through active customer acquisition and telephone marketing, you will help our branch generate new business.
  • You arrange customer appointments and prepare them professionally.
  • The administration and maintenance of customer master data rounds off your varied area of responsibility.

Prerequisites

• • You have logistical talent.
  • You speak fluent English and, ideally, an Eastern European foreign language as well.
  • Ideally, you have professional experience in the freight forwarding industry, but this is not a requirement.
  • You enjoy communicating with potential customers by telephone.
  • You appear confident and are characterized by sound knowledge of conversation and negotiation skills.
