Forwarding agent (all genders)

Your tasks

• • Disposition of truck units (tautliners) in national long-distance transport
  • Awarding of transport orders to freight forwarders
  • Accepting, entering, processing and reconciling customer orders
  • Planning, monitoring and optimization of customer orders
  • Function as central contact for our customers and the truck pilots assigned to them (m/f/d)
  • Monitoring of working hours and driving and rest time regulations

Prerequisites

• • Professional experience as a forwarding agent, forwarding agent, dispatcher
  • Career changers with experience in logistics, scheduling or transport are welcome
  • initial professional experience in the dispatch of long-distance trucks and in the field of logistics and forwarding
  • Negotiation skills & communication skills
  • structured, independent way of working
  • organizational skills
  • Fluent German and ideally another foreign language (Polish/English)
