Your tasks
- Disposition of truck units (tautliners) in national long-distance transport
- Awarding of transport orders to freight forwarders
- Accepting, entering, processing and reconciling customer orders
- Planning, monitoring and optimization of customer orders
- Function as central contact for our customers and the truck pilots assigned to them (m/f/d)
- Monitoring of working hours and driving and rest time regulations

Prerequisites
- Professional experience as a forwarding agent, forwarding agent, dispatcher
- Career changers with experience in logistics, scheduling or transport are welcome
- initial professional experience in the dispatch of long-distance trucks and in the field of logistics and forwarding
- Negotiation skills & communication skills
- structured, independent way of working
- organizational skills
- Fluent German and ideally another foreign language (Polish/English)
