Your tasks

• • You will develop and optimize customized automation solutions that are tailored to the internal requirements of our departments.
  • You will be responsible for the care, maintenance and continuous improvement of existing systems, including comprehensive documentation.
  • You will independently manage internal automation projects – from needs analysis and planning to implementation and evaluation.
  • You will work closely with our internal teams to develop tailored solutions and ensure their successful implementation.
  • You will actively contribute to the further development of our internal automation strategies and explore new innovative approaches to the digitalization of our business processes.

Prerequisites

• • You bring practical experience in software development, system administration and process automation, especially in dealing with RPA platforms such as Automation Anywhere or UiPath.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of the implementation of automation solutions as well as practical experience in process management and process optimization.
  • Your thinking style is analytical, conceptual, and solution-oriented.
  • Teamwork is important to you, and you identify with our company's values: collaboration, personal responsibility, and performance.
  • Excellent German skills, both spoken and written (C1), are a given for you.
