
Fleet Manager
Your tasks
- Responsibility for the entire vehicle fleet at the Lübbenau site
- Planning, coordination and monitoring of maintenance, repairs and TÜV (vehicle inspection) appointments
- Organization of claims processing and close cooperation with workshops and service providers
- Cost control, budget planning and optimization of fleet processes
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, occupational safety and internal guidelines
- Coordination of vehicle allocation and support for drivers

Prerequisites
- Completed commercial or technical training, ideally in the field of logistics or fleet management
- Professional experience in fleet management, preferably in the logistics or transport sector
- Technical understanding of commercial vehicles and modern fleet solutions
- Safe handling of digital tools and telematics systems
- Structured, cost-conscious and solution-oriented approach to work
- Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and teamwork skills
- Driving licence category B; additional categories are an advantage
