Your tasks

• Process Manager for our logistics location in Oettingen (m/f/x)

  • Main responsibility for ensuring and adhering to quality standards and storage regulations
  • Main responsibility for complaint management at the site
  • Independent processing of customer complaints and clearing cases
  • Carrying out process monitoring
  • Control and monitoring of training measures
  • Training of employees on quality-related topics
  • Maintenance and integration of the complete QA documentation at the site

Prerequisites

• • Completed training in the field of forwarding and logistics is an advantage
