• • Handling customer inquiries regarding orders, quotes, invoices and contracts
  • General office tasks and office organization
  • Planning and organization of daily deliveries
  • Complaints management
  • Taking on tasks in customer service

Prerequisites

• • Flexibility and interest in the logistics industry
  • Excellent German skills, both spoken and written.
  • English language skills and knowledge of other foreign languages are desirable.
  • Teamwork skills, thirst for knowledge, commitment and strong communication skills
  • Completed school leaving certificate
