Your tasks

• • Disposition of truck units in local and long-distance transport
  • Awarding of transport contracts to freight forwarders
  • Acceptance, recording and follow-up of customer orders
  • Planning, monitoring and optimizing customer orders
  • Function as contact person for our customers and the drivers assigned to them
  • Monitoring of working hours and driving and rest time regulations

Prerequisites

• • Initial professional experience in the dispatch of local and long-distance trucks as well as in logistics and forwarding
  • Career changers with experience in logistics, scheduling or transport are welcome
  • Negotiation skills & communication skills
  • Assertiveness
  • Experience with relevant IT programs (Outlook, Excel, TMS, etc.)
  • Structured, independent & responsible way of working
  • organizational skills
  • Good language skills in German and English (optionally another foreign language such as Polish, Czech, etc.)
