Your tasks

  • Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and quality standards.
  • Preparation of transport documents and invoices.
  • Optimization of vehicle utilization and route planning.

Prerequisites

• • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in transport scheduling
  • Knowledge in the field of freight brokerage
  • Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Independent and structured way of working
