- You are responsible for the conception, organization and administration of training and development programs in the Finsterwalder Group
- We support you in selecting and implementing a suitable e-learning platform
- You develop and implement comprehensive talent management, including leadership and junior staff programs
- In close coordination with the HR officers and the HR management, you will accompany the trainees and dual students
- You will support the design and implementation of strategies for the long-term retention of our employees
- You are the central contact for all aspects of training and further education of employees and managers
- You will manage feedback systems and conduct employee surveys in close cooperation with HR officers and HR management
- You will contribute to measures to increase employee satisfaction and its sustainable anchoring
- Together with the HR management, you will accompany change processes and organizational development

Prerequisites
- Several years of professional experience in HR and extensive knowledge in recruiting, training and personnel development
- Completed studies in business administration, psychology or a comparable further education in the field of training and further education
- Project management and methodological skills, experience in handling administrative HR tasks
- Proficient use of HR software (preferably rexx), knowledge of potential analysis tools (such as BIP, ProfilingValue, etc.), organizational skills, and willingness to travel occasionally
- Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, and strong empathy and integrity
