Your tasks

• • They organize the timely execution of transport for industrial plants, machinery, and large-scale renewable energy projects. This includes truck, sea, and inland waterway transport, as well as occasional rail transport, including containers, flat racks, and breakbulk cargo.
  • They book the capacities on the transport modes according to the delivery schedules and monitor the interfaces.
  • They are in direct contact with our customers throughout the entire logistics process and provide them with professional support.
  • They handle all necessary transport documents and invoices.
  • They maintain and further develop existing customer and business relationships.
  • They participate in the creation of transport concepts and offers and process the tenders.

Prerequisites

• • Completed vocational training in the field of freight forwarding and logistics or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of sea freight export/import, ideally with knowledge of project cargo, breakbulk, OOG or heavy lift.
  • Fluent German skills and fluent English skills, both spoken and written.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office (especially Word and Excel) and experience with freight forwarding software.
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
  • A high degree of personal responsibility as well as a conscientious and reliable work ethic.
  • Strong numerical skills as well as analytical and economic thinking abilities
