Dispatcher:in block train planning

Your tasks

• 
  

  • You will receive our customers' block train orders and coordinate them with the shipping and receiving centers.
  • You organize the transports with our service partners and commission them.
  • In the event of service cancellations , you actively seek alternatives for our customers .
  • You keep our customers, shipping and receiving points up to date on the transport status , independently identify irregularities in the transport process, document them and actively contribute to their resolution.
  • You record planning and actual transport data in our IT systems.
  • You will receive damage reports for defective vehicles and organize repairs in coordination with our Fleet Management.
  • The planning and scheduling of deployed vehicle fleets as well as supply planning for individual tank farms may also be part of your responsibilities.
