  ● Quotation preparation/order processing/billing/invoice control

  ● Maintaining contact with customers, partners and service providers

  ● Communication with freight forwarders, suppliers and involved departments

  ● Complaints/claims processing

Prerequisites

• Your profile:

  ● Completed training as a merchant for freight forwarding and logistics services and/or corresponding professional experience

  ● Good knowledge of scheduling and the associated forwarding processes

  ● Quick comprehension and resilience as well as independent working style

  ● Flexibility, willingness to perform and high motivation

  ● Computer skills (common forwarding software and MS Office)
