Your tasks

• Freight forwarding clerk / dispatcher (m/f/d)

  national land transport

  
  

  ► Disposition of groupage shipments as well as partial and full loads

  ► Purchasing and commissioning of subcontractors

  ► Creating daily prices and offers

  ► Ensuring the timely and quality delivery of shipments

  ► Communication and contact maintenance with customers, partners and service providers

  ► Complaints/claims processing

Prerequisites

• ► Completed vocational training as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services or relevant professional experience in the forwarding industry

  ► Good market knowledge and experience in scheduling

  ► Ability to work in a team and enjoy dealing with people

  ► Experience with the freight forwarding software Cargobase is an advantage, but not a requirement

  ► Quick comprehension and resilience as well as independent working style

  ► Flexibility, willingness to perform and high motivation

  ► Good written and spoken English skills

  ► IT skills (common forwarding software and MS Office)
